Refund policy

Cancelations:

  • An order can be canceled if requested before a shipping label has been printed. When a shipping label has been printed, this means that your order has been packaged and is waiting for carrier pickup or has already been picked up by a shipping carrier, and is no longer eligible to cancel.

Defective or Broken Items:

  • Any item reported defective or broken must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a free replacement. Photo proof will need to be provided to show why item is defective.

Exchanges:

  • No exchanges are allowed.

Returns:

  • All unopened items can be returned for store credit if return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery with the exception of on sale or discounted items. No on sale or discounted items can be returned. Customer is responsible to purchase the return shipping label. 

Refunds:

  • All refunds will be issued as store credit. Any shipping cost paid will be reduced from the refund total, including a reduction for amounts paid for courtesy re-shipping.
