FedEx 2-Day is delivered in two business days plus handling time. Handling time is prioritized, meaning these orders get placed in the front of the line to ship same or next day when possible. Cannot ship to PO Box addresses with this method.
USPS Priority 2-3 day is delivered in 2-3 business days plus handling time. Handling time is prioritized, meaning these orders get placed in the front of the line to ship same or next day when possible.

International Orders Shipping Methods, Customs and Import taxes, Duties, Vat, Tariffs:
We ship to all countries. We use FedEx to most addresses, so even during postal strikes we will still ship to you. PO Box addresses can only be shipped via USPS and cannot ship during postal strikes. For remote addresses we will choose the most affordable shipping option, FedEx or USPS, regardless of your shipping choice at checkout.
We have worked hard to navigate through the ever-changing tariffs, customs taxes, fees and collection costs. The shipping cost to every country varies. To streamline the process, during checkout you will see a total of estimated charges to your country. After checking out and making payment you will not receive any additional charges.
There are no "Cheap" shipping options anymore. We experimented with UPS Innovations, but had hundreds of packages lost during this test. We only ship with reliable carriers and reliable shipping methods within those carriers.
Standard shipping charge, USD $28.00. Most addresses we ship with FedEx Economy, estimated 5-9 day delivery plus handling time. Remote addresses and PO box addresses are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or 1st Class 10-30 day delivery.
VAT, Duties, Taxes, are estimated and shown in your checkout total. The Doll Planet is billed directly for the actual tax amounts, customs fees, and disbursement fees. You will not receive a separate tax or tariff bill after checkout.
Orders with $65+ in cart receive free standard shipping.
If our shipping cost seems a little high, please understand that for every international package shipped, our total cost with shipping, customs fees, various taxes charged, tariffs and disbursement fees are typically totaling between USD $38-$60. Shipping to our international customers is important to us. We encourage you to plan out projects, and to even collaborate with nearby friends to place larger orders to help offset the high costs.
Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee delivery. This means that if your order is not verifiably delivered, we will reship your order for free worldwide. We do not replace stolen packages.
If your order is scanned delivered, but package is not in your mailbox, AND contact is made within 24hrs of delivery notification, we will file a missing package report and request proof of delivery based on the GPS delivery scan. We are not obligated to reship stolen packages, however, many times the GPS scan will show delivery at an address nearby and in some cases packages have been retrieved by the carrier and delivery corrected. If the GPS delivery scan is at the wrong address and delivery cannot be corrected, we will re-ship your order free of charge.
CONTACT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24hrs of DELIVERY. It is the customers responsibility to track their packages.
The Doll Planet is not responsible and offers no guarantee if customer provides the wrong address, an incomplete address or an address with missing information, like an apartment number, building number, etc., or if package is stolen.
Return to Sender: If package is undeliverable as addressed, the customer can pay for a new shipping label to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.
