We also recommend prepping the head with liquid fusion, at least 2-3 layers to prevent splitting the scalp. You can also use tacky glue to glue in the braids if you don't want to reroot them.

The colors in the Green and Blue micro braids make such a nice combination! I bought them in an attempt to reroot my favorite Clawdeen doll, but I accidentally damaged the doll’s head beyond repair (skill issue). I decided to salvage the braids by unraveling them and making a wig instead. These braids are fantastic quality, and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested.
I have been looking at these Dragon Fruit Ombré micro braids for months now, and I’m so happy I finally bought them! I have had bad luck in the past with rerooting, but these braids are fantastic for beginners. They are great quality and look even better in person.
